Since I was out of state and could not be present for many of the necessary steps, Laura, on her own, stepped in my place and managed everything. "Laura has been fantastic! We couldn’t be happier. Incredible communication and a master of the details. She helped us purchase the new home and sell our old home, selling within 24 hours because she knows the market and the demographics. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to put all the details together, and even more amazed when my home sold so fast. She negotiated with the sellers for our new home, and we were able to create a price point that worked for both the sellers and for us. One of the things I appreciated the most was how quickly she communicates, and how thoroughly she responds! If you’re selling or buying, Laura is the best realtor that we’ve worked with! I highly recommend her!"
